By requesting, scheduling, or utilizing transportation services through Securely Driven, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and safely while utilizing transportation services. Securely Driven reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in situations involving unsafe behavior, illegal activity, threats, property damage, or conduct deemed inappropriate by company personnel. Reservation times may be impacted by traffic, weather, airport delays, public events, or circumstances outside company control. Securely Driven is not responsible for items left inside vehicles. By submitting a reservation request or utilizing transportation services, client acknowledges and agrees to these service conditions and policies.
